Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz golden rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • ¾ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz rich simple syrup see notes for recipe
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Stir: Pack a mixing glass with ice, add coconut rum, golden rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and 2 dashes of bitters. Stir until the mixture is very cold, about 30 seconds. Adjust portions of each ingredient to your personal taste preferences.
  • Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with slices of pineapple.

Notes

Rich Simple Syrup – To make rich simple syrup, combine 2 parts sugar with 1 part water in a small saucepan. Heat gently and stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Let cool before using. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
