This Cherry Collins Recipe is a refreshing twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail, featuring gin, fresh lemon juice, and bubbly soda water balanced with sweet cherry syrup. With its gorgeous purple color and bright, fruity flavor, it’s an easy cocktail that’s perfect for your next gathering.
Shake: add the gin, lemon juice, cherry syrup, and demerara simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for 15–20 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass with ice.
